5h après je recois un message d'hotel.com me disant que l'hotel a du annulé ma réservation et que cela peut arriver.

“On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised.
